Firstly, I could not register the program because it would not accept my telephone number. I emailed them to ask why and they registered it for me, which is great but still does not explain why, when they are selling the program world wide, the forms requires a particular type of number on the registration form. The help manual has obviously been written by a computer programmer and not with the help of a beader.
