For example, I have a folder called in iCloud Photo and locally I have three folders - , 2 , and 3. I know I asked for it -- but somehow I thought iCloud would be smart enough to not download the same thing multiple times. When I clicked Download Photos again, I did it because I didn't think the first download had actually begun. And it had, but you'd think iCloud would recognize what existed the first time I clicked download and when I clicked it again, it would only download what was "new.
